We guarantee that your Immigration Course by Course evaluation will be an accepted assessment of your foreign studies for US immigration, continuing education or work purposes, and that your Standard Course by Course evaluation will be an accepted assessment of your foreign studies for continuing education or work purposes, or we will refund your evaluation fee/s in full.
If your Course by Course evaluation is not accepted for this purpose, simply advise us via email here and (if applicable) mail your original Course by Course evaluation document/s back within 90 days of order completion to 3334 East Coast Hwy #315, Corona del Mar, CA 92625. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your request and/or returned Course by Course evaluation document/s.
Exclusions: While our evaluations are widely accepted for licensing purposes, our 100% Acceptance Guarantee does not apply to evaluations used for licensure, for institutions with prescribed lists (see Wrong Agency guarantee), for Canadian immigration or to General evaluations. If you require an evaluation for licensure, we recommend you contact the appropriate licensing board prior to ordering in order to confirm that our evaluation will be accepted by that licensing board. We do not refund expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees.
Next Day Guarantee
If your Draft evaluation document/s is not emailed to you the Next Day after your order is placed, your evaluation is free.
Next Day means between 12.01am PST and 11.59pm PST on the day following the day on which your order was placed, but excludes national US public holidays and Scheduled Vacations (as defined herein).
Conditions: Evaluation orders are counted as placed when full payment is received for the invoice, or for Self-Served Orders, when the correct order was approved by our staff. For orders that first require translation, the evaluation order is considered placed when the corresponding translation has been approved by you using the provided links.
Your Order History is the official record of delivery of your Draft document/s via email – we are not responsible for delays in receipt due to emails being routed to your spam/junk mail folder, emails being stopped altogether by your email service provider, delays due to non-responsiveness to our emails, or for incorrect email addresses provided by you.
Exclusions: Self-Served orders that were not completed correctly; orders with incomplete or unclear source documents or with client requirements that are not feasible (in our evaluators’ judgment); orders impacted by Force Majeure; orders that include document authentication; and orders with invoices that were paid more than 90 days after issuance are not eligible for this Next Day Guarantee. We do not refund expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees.
If you’re not satisfied with your Course by Course evaluation and we can’t fix it based on the documents you’ve provided, you can cancel prior to Mailing or Electronic Delivery for a full refund of the evaluation fee.
Exclusions: We do not refund expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to your Order History showing “Order started”. Amounts refunded (if any) after this time are subject to these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access our Sites or order Products from us after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to access our Sites or order Products from us.
We provide authentication of educational documents upon request. The process of document authentication lengthens the time to complete our evaluation corresponding to the length of time it takes your prior educational institution to comply with the authentication request. This additional time may range from several days to several months (and in some cases, some institutions may be non-responsive).
Document Retention Policy
Electronic documents provided to us for translation and/or evaluation are automatically deleted from our system 90 days after your order is completed. Please note that documents mailed directly from your institution to us (‘hard copies’) are typically marked as confidential/not for distribution; we honor such requests and cannot provide those documents to you, although we will mail them to other institutions upon request. Hard copies will be scanned to facilitate your order completion and the scans are deleted 90 days after order completion; hard copies are destroyed six months after order completion.
We email your draft translation and/or evaluation document/s for your review and approval prior to mailing (“Draft” or “Draft/s”). We require you to follow the instructions and use the links provided in order to process your order timely. We are not responsible for delays due to emails being routed to your spam/junk mail folder, emails being stopped altogether by your email service provider, delays due to non-responsiveness to our emails, or incorrect email addresses provided by you.
If you don’t respond to your Draft/s using the provided links within three calendar days of them being emailed to you (according to our system logs), you hereby accept the Draft/s as-is, and consent to the electronic delivery of your certified and notarized final document/s via email.
If your order includes mailing and you enter only an email address or an incomplete mailing address when accepting your Draft document/s, you consent to the emailed delivery of your final certified scanned document/s to complete your order. We will gladly mail your final document/s once you provide us with your complete mailing address.
Estimated Order Completion Times
Standard times to email your initial Draft/s for your review and approval are typically one calendar day for translation orders and Next Day for evaluation orders (pursuant to the conditions of the Next Day Guarantee).
Non-English documents must be translated first, so order delivery times are additive based on your order. For example, if you ordered an evaluation and your order also includes translation, then your evaluation order is due the next day after your translation has been completed and accepted using the links provided.
Some jurisdictions do not allow excluding or limiting implied warranties or limiting liability for incidental or consequential damages, and some jurisdictions have special statutory consumer protection provisions which may supersede the foregoing disclaimers and limitations. As a result, these disclaimers and/or limitations may not apply to you if prohibited by law.
Our representatives, agents or employees do not have the authority to make any warranty, representation, promise or agreement, whether in writing or orally, on behalf of us except as stated within these Terms.
We are not responsible for order delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): acts of God, war, hosting failure, failure of third-party websites and/or services, equipment or software failure, internet outages, strikes, acts of terrorism, riot, epidemics, unusually severe weather conditions, floods, fires, power outages, hurricanes or other material contingencies, the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption upon which our Products are offered and/or our Next Day guarantee is made.
Fraudulent or Doctored Documents; Fake Schools or Diploma Mills
Based on our industry expertise, if we reasonably believe that you provided us with any document/s for translation and/or evaluation that are fraudulent or doctored, or documents that were issued by a fake school or diploma mill, then the entire order will be cancelled, all fees forfeited and you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. In addition, we may contact the school/s in question, as well as other academic evaluation agencies to share our findings.
We complete General evaluations upon request only, and General evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable once your Order History shows “Order started”.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and Products, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site and Products.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Validential Corp. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Sites, b) your use and/or purchase of our Products, or c) a breach of these Terms.
We are pleased to provide an initial review and quote of your documents for evaluation, however, our review does not confirm any particular outcome nor the accuracy of the quote for all tendered documents. All orders are subject to a final review during the evaluation process of your tendered documents in order to ensure completeness as well as the accuracy of your quote. If you do not accept any revised quotation as a result of the final evaluator review, we will be pleased to provide a full refund (prior to mailing) of your order.
The Sites and original content, features and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property. The Sites are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Late Changes & Re-mailing
We email your Draft/s for the express purpose of your careful review of your document/s for approval to finalize. Please check your Draft/s carefully prior to approving them.
If you notice a typographical error after your order is finalized, we will provide a one-time correction per document at no charge (delivered via email only); any edit requests in excess of this will be charged at $15 per edited document. Re-mailed orders will be charged at the then-applicable mailing rate.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use of the Site or our Products; (ii) any conduct or content of any third-party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site or our Products; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the total liability of Validential Corp. and its employees and consultants, for all losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, shall not exceed the aggregate amount paid to us for Products under this Agreement, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is imposed.

Our Sites may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection, with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Mailed orders include one copy of each document in your order mailed to any address worldwide via standard US mail – first class; no tracking number. If requested, we can add additional copies, mail to additional addresses, and add tracking (fees apply). You can enter your preferred mailing address using the ADDRESS link in your Order Summary email, or by using the ACCEPT link when accepting your final Draft/s. The address you enter is the address your document/s are mailed to.
If you enter more than one mailing address but have not paid the required fees, we will mail your documents to the first complete address entered when accepting your Draft/s. If you provide an incomplete physical mailing address, you consent to the Electronic Delivery of your certified final document/s.
Shipping times represent the delivery time advertised by your chosen carrier and are not guaranteed by us. Standard mailing takes an estimated one week within the US, two weeks to Canada, and 3+ weeks for other countries. Standard mailing within the US may take longer due to USPS delivery times or seasonal mailing delays. 2 Day ‘Priority Mail’ is available within the US only and is an advertised USPS shipping service; actual shipping times are between 1 and 3 business days depending on your location. Overnight shipping is for delivery Monday-Friday and is not available in all areas. If overnight shipping is not available, we request ‘first available date’; Saturday delivery is by request only; additional fees apply.
The cutoff time for mailing is 3.00pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders processed for mailing after this time are dispatched to your selected carrier the following business day. Mailing may be delayed during Scheduled Vacations.
We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient mailing addresses entered by you, or for any variance in actual shipping times, carrier delays, carrier non-delivery, returned mail, or documents lost or damaged in transit. If your documents are damaged in transit, please send us a picture via email here, and we’ll gladly send replacement documents. If your documents are lost in transit to an international mailing address, we will send one-time courtesy replacement document/s to the same address at no charge.
If you ordered 2 Day Priority Mail and entered a mailing address outside the US, we will send your order via standard mail and refund the 2 Day Priority Mail fee.
If your order is returned to us by the carrier, we will retain your document/s for 90 days for courtesy re-mailing, after which time they will be destroyed. Re-mailing thereafter will be subject to the then-applicable mailing fee/s.
Your order is custom-made based on your unique documents. Except as covered under our guarantees, respective fees for evaluations and/or translations are strictly non-refundable once your Order History shows “Order started”.
If you provided us with the wrong documents for translation and/or evaluation, the respective fee is non-refundable once your Order History shows “Order started”.
We do not refund expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees. We do not refund for ‘change of mind’ once your Order History shows “Order started”.
To ensure timely completion of your order, if you don’t use the links in our emails to respond to your Draft/s within three days of them being emailed to you (according to our system logs), you thereby accept the Draft/s as-is, and we will proceed with/finalize your order accordingly.
After April 23, 2021, documents will remain certified in all respects, but will no longer be notarized.
For orders that include scans, orders are considered delivered once the scans are emailed to you, as identified in your Order History. For mailed orders, orders are considered delivered when dispatched to your chosen mail carrier, as identified in your Order History.
We operate within the United States’ Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) zone. You hereby agree that our system logs reflect the accurate and final history of events related to your order (your “Order History”), including (but not limited to) the times and dates of: order starts, emailed Draft/s and/or scanned documents, mailing, correction requests, approval of Draft/s, sending of SMS notifications, and provision of your mailing address (if applicable). You may view your Order History at any time by clicking on the ‘ORDER STATUS’ link in your Order Summary email (sent after order activation; if you didn’t receive that email, please notify us via email here and we’ll re-email it to you).
Evaluations with due dates that fall on a U.S. national public holiday are due the following day.
Orders Not All-or-None
Guarantees apply to each evaluation we prepare for you. You may cancel any or all of your order at any time in accordance with these Terms, however, a refund or cancelation of one part of your order does not entitle you to a refund or cancelation of any other part of your order unless also refunded or canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Orders That Require Translation
If your order requires translation and you did not pay sufficient evaluation fee/s for all documents submitted, we will evaluate the highest degree first. We will gladly complete your corrected order upon receipt of the correct payment.
Prices are posted on our site and are subject to change without notice.
All invoiced orders are subject to a 2% processing fee.
Quotes that conform to the prices listed on our site are honored for 7 calendar days after quotation. We are pleased to provide an initial review and quote of your documents for evaluation, however, our review does not confirm any particular outcome nor accuracy of the quote for all tendered documents. All orders are subject to a final review during the evaluation process of your tendered documents in order to ensure completeness as well as the accuracy of your quote. If you do not accept any revised quotation as a result of the final evaluator review, we will be pleased to provide a full refund of the evaluation fee (prior to mailing) of your order.
We will gladly refund you according to these Terms. Please allow us three business days to process your refund request (we’ll email you once your refund has been processed). If your Course by Course evaluation order included mailed translations, your refund will be reduced by $25 to account for our standard translation mailing fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment account only. Kindly allow up to 10 business days for your credit to post back to your card account.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds until the original Course by Course evaluation/s (our work product) is mailed back to us.
If you chargeback a payment to us without first returning our work product, we will dispute the chargeback, flag any orders placed by you as fraudulently obtained, contact all third-parties to whom the evaluation/s were provided to advise them of academic fraud, and report your order information to AgencyShare (an international service that shares information about fraudulent evaluations with academic evaluation agencies, schools, colleges, universities, employers, government agencies and USCIS). If you wish to have your documents recertified after a chargeback, a $50 chargeback fee will apply per evaluation.
Exclusions: We do not refund expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees.
Scans are emailed promptly after order approval during Support Hours, or the following morning if approved outside Support Hours. Due to time zone differences, dates on your scanned document/s may vary from dates on your physical document/s. Signatures on your scanned document/s may also vary from signatures on your physical document/s.
We will gladly forward your scans to third parties via email for authentication purposes up to ten times at no charge. Forwarding requests in excess of this will be charged at the rate of $10 per email.
US Thanksgiving: from Wednesday before Thanksgiving to Friday after Thanksgiving, inclusive.
Christmas: from December 23 through to January 1st, inclusive.
While we do receive and process orders timely during Scheduled Vacations, our Next Day Guarantee does not apply during these periods; scans and mailing may also be delayed during these periods.
If you self-serve an order and upload more than one course of studies, we will evaluate either the course of studies specified in the order, or the most recent course of studies if you specify more than one course of studies.
We’ll attempt to contact you if your self-served order has insufficient payment or documentation issues. If you don’t reply to us and/or pay the correct fees within 24 hours after our communication, we’ll cancel and refund your order.
Signatures on scanned documents may vary from signatures on the same mailed documents. Signatures and stamps may be electronic or ‘wet’.
SMS Notification Consent
Provision of your cell phone number represents your consent to receive SMS notifications from us related to your order status (only). We do not sell your information to third-parties. You can cancel future messages at any time by replying to our text with ‘STOP’. Message and data rates may apply.
Source Document Data Integrity
We preserve name and gender data between source and evaluation document/s. You can address subsequent changes to this data by providing proof-of-change documents (e.g., marriage, divorce, name change etc. certificate) directly to the intended recipient of the evaluation.
Source Documents Not Appended to Translations and Not Mailed
Source documents are not appended to translations, however, we can append the source documents if you request this prior to order finalization. Source documents are not mailed with your order, however, we can mail the source documents if you request this prior to mailing.
Stated Purpose or Recipient
All orders are subject to these Terms, regardless of any intended purpose and/or intended recipient you may have stated during the order process.
Our Support Hours are Friday to Monday 8am-4pm, and Tuesday to Thursday 6am-9pm, exclusive of Scheduled Vacations.
Surcharges apply for translations above 250 words/page, or for additional services requested by clients. Surcharges will be identified on your invoice.
We do not provide currency conversion calculations on financial documents provided for translation. Translation fees are strictly non-refundable once your Order History shows “Order started”.
We value your feedback. By providing us with written correspondence, you consent to our use of that content or excerpts thereof – along with the use of your first name, your last initial and the date of your correspondence – on our website and/or in our advertising materials. You may revoke this right at any time by advising us in writing here. Spelling or grammatical errors may be corrected prior to usage.
Our evaluations are accepted nationwide, but no agency is accepted everywhere so we recommend you confirm acceptance with the intended recipient prior to ordering from any agency. If the intended recipient of the evaluation required you to order from a different agency/list of agencies, but you ordered from our agency instead, we will gladly refund your evaluation fees in full if you cancel before your order history shows “Order started”. We will refund the Course by Course evaluation fee/s less a $45 labor fee per evaluation after your order history shows “Order started”.
Simply advise us via email here, and (if applicable) mail your Course by Course evaluation document/s back within 90 days of order completion to 3334 East Coast Hwy #315, Corona del Mar, CA 92625. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your request and/or returned Course by Course evaluation document/s.
Exclusions: If you advise us prior to ordering that you are required to order from a different agency (or list of agencies) but you ordered from our agency instead, this Wrong Agency guarantee does not apply. Please note that we do not provide refunds for General evaluations, translations that have been accepted by a translator, or expended mailing, scan, copy, processing or rush fees.
Except for our guarantees, our Sites and Products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Your use of our Sites or Products is at your sole risk. The Sites or Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Site or Products will meet your requirements.
